Ingredients

1 oz white rum, 1 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz orange curaçao, 1/2 oz orgeat syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, Ice, Mint sprig and lime shell for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the white rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime shell.
