Old Fashioned

Ingredients

50ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 sugar cube, Few dashes plain water

Instructions

1. Muddle the sugar cube and bitters with one bar spoon of water at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass.
2. Add the whiskey, fill with ice, and stir.
